Miscellaneous Items are one-time use items that have various effects, from increasing a Pokémon's Happiness to bypassing specific time restrictions for site activity.

Items For SaleEdit

The first five items below were introduced when the site first launched, while the Sprite Changer was introduced on October 2, 2010. For the most part, these items can only be obtained by purchasing from the Shop. The Sprite Changer, for example, can also be found in the Underground.

Lemonade Lemonade 3000 Yes No A very sweet drink. It increases the happiness of one Pokémon by 40 points.
Soda-pop Soda Pop 2250 No No A fizzy soda drink. It increases the happiness of one Pokémon by 30 points.
Fresh-water Fresh Water 1875 No No Water with a high mineral content. It increases the happiness of one Pokemon by 25 points.
Antidote Antidote 500 Yes No Cures a single Pokémon of Pokérus. Once it is cured, it cannot be infected again.
SpriteChanger Sprite Changer 750 Yes No A magical button that grants the user the ability to change a Pokémon's sprite.

Other Miscellaneous ItemsEdit

The following items cannot be obtained from the Items for Sale portion of the Shop, and so must be acquired through other means. The majority can be obtained primarily through the Underground or the Prize Shop; currently, the Heart Sweets can only be obtained through three Explorations: Sweet Success, A Halloween Haunting, and The Twelve Days of Christmas.

Focus-sash Focus Sash 750 1 No No A special one-use sash that allows the user to participate in another battle if it has already participated in one today.
Flame-orb Flame Orb 750 2 Yes Yes A bizarre orb with a flame trapped inside. Allows one premature egg to hatch early if it has full maturity.
Heart-scale Heart Scale 750 1 No No A pretty and shiny scale that is coveted by many. Can be traded in to allow one Egg or Pokemon to be released before the 12-hour limit.
Escape-rope Escape Rope 900 1 No No An ordinary rope used to escape from dungeons. It may be used to allow a Pokemon to revisit the Underground.
Evolutions-wonder Eviolite 600 1 No No A mystical substance tied to Pokemon evolution. It allows a Pokemon that would have to wait five days to evolve or form change to do so immediately (provided any other requirements are met).
Heart Sweets Heart Sweets 1,200 1 No Yes A sweet heart-shaped chocolate treat that lets you take an extra egg from one batch of Daycare eggs. (Cannot be sold)

VitaminsEdit

Introduced on August 19, 2012, vitamins are a unique class of Miscellaneous Items, primarily obtained as rewards from the Battle Tower. Six currently exist, one per stat.

Iron Iron No No A vitamin that increases the Pokémon's DEF IV by 1. IVs cannot exceed 31, and a Pokémon may only have six vitamins used in total.
Calcium Calcium No No A vitamin that increases the Pokémon's SATK IV by 1. IVs cannot exceed 31, and a Pokémon may only have six vitamins used in total.
Zinc Zinc No No A vitamin that increases the Pokémon's SDEF IV by 1. IVs cannot exceed 31, and a Pokémon may only have six vitamins used in total.
Carbos Carbos No No A vitamin that increases the Pokémon's SPD IV by 1. IVs cannot exceed 31, and a Pokémon may only have six vitamins used in total.
