I'd like to start restructuring some of the pages on here, especially removing those that have little expandable information. If there's anything that catches my eye, I'll post it under this thread; feel free to do the same if there are any particular pages that similarly catch your attention.
For example, something I whipped up recently is a general Rarity page: Click here. I don't think we need pages for Common, Uncommon, and Rare Pokémon, so I consolidated the information on to one page. I also link to the Very Rare Pokemon and Novelty Pokemon pages, which I think can remain but perhaps have the information tweaked and condensed; they work well as summary pages. I also link to special cases that I think can keep their pages, such as Ditto, Unown, and Arceus. If we expand those pages a bit, or maybe put them all under a "Special Canon Pokémon" page, they would look really good and help deliver the information in a concise manner.
Feel free to leave any comments and, again, any ideas on pages that could be condensed/combined. I have a few more in mind but want to spit out some example pages before moving forward with them. Sp♠des Slick 22:54, January 28, 2012 (UTC)
- I do like what you did with the page. To add my own suggestions, in going with actual Pokémon there is also a Mew page that could use improvement. And otherwise, two pages I would like to see improved include the Old Man and Tiny Egg pages. (Additionally, I'm not even sure if we HAVE a page for Chests, other than the orphaned Tiny Egg, Old Man, and Chests page...) ~m190049~talk 00:17, January 29, 2012 (UTC)
- Hmm. Do you know what else could be said for Mew? It's "special" in that Professor Cypress can breed it with her Ditto, but beyond that I cannot think of anything else that would go on its page. On the other hand, Ditto, Unown, and Arceus have a lot more going for them, so I can understand why they have their own pages there.
- I wasn't even aware of the pages for Old Man, Tiny Egg, and Chests (individual and the grouped page). If you can think of information that would help flesh out the individual pages, go for it; right now I'm thinking we should just use one page for all three, called "Header Clickables" or something (and make a redirect from Tiny Egg, Old Man, and Chests.
